Pamela Ingoldsby Kimball, LCAC President
Pam has many years of experience on non-profit boards and governmental councils, including the Lindsay City Council. She is currently Mayor of the City of Lindsay.
With deep roots in the community going back to the early 1900s, Pam is a Lindsay native with a deep appreciation for her community’s past. As a mother,
grandmother, and educator, she values experiences that connect young people to their surroundings and cultural heritage. She also brings to the board small
business experience, and is a gardener. She has a bachelor’s degree in Humanities, and feels her efforts in helping create the Lindsay Museum and Gallery put her education, and love for both history and the Fine Arts, to good use.
Gary Meling, LCAC Vice President
Gary has been a member of the Lindsay Cultural Arts Council since 2000. He is one of the founding members of the Lindsay Museum and Gallery, andserves as the director of the Lindsay Fire Museum. Raised in Lindsay, his family moved to the area in 1912. He is a citrus farmer in a family business that dates back to 1920.
Patti Tienken, LCAC Secretary
Patti and her husband, Jeff help make up the core group of volunteers who work hard maintaining our beautiful and historic building which houses the Museum and Gallery, as well as our prized 1904 Sears Catalog home, the Mason House. A Lindsay business owner and avid volunteer both in Lindsay and at Camp Nelson, Patti has always had a great appreciation for the arts. She once worked as an artist, painting businesses’ windows during the holiday season. Her love for community inspires her volunteer work, but her family and friends are her true passion.
Kirk Ingoldsby, LCAC Treasurer
A native of Lindsay, he is married to Kathy Zuckswert Ingoldsby and they are the parents of three children. Although retired now, Kirk is the former proprietor of long standing Lindsay business, Ingoldsby Nursery and Floral Shop, prior to it being sold in 2006. He is the past president of the Lindsay chamber of Commerce and their Man of the Year for 2009. He also serves as Vice President of the Lindsay Kiwanis Club.
Margie Rueda, Lindsay Art Association Committee President
Margie has been a resident of Lindsay since the age of two. She taught at Lindsay High School for seventeen years as an art instructor. During her teaching career, she was active in the California Arts Project, The California Art Education Association and The State Standards Framework. Following her retirement, Margie has been a dedicated and valuable volunteer for LAA, Lindsay District Hospital Board, P.E.O. And Sacred Heart Altar Society. Joining LAA has helped her advocate for the importance of visual arts experiences for people of all ages in the community.
Jann Mc Guire , Lindsay Art Association committee Secretary
Jann has been a resident of Lindsay since 1976. She taught primary bilingual classes for Lindsay USD and was a resource specialist. She holds M.Ed. and D. Min. degrees. Jann also volunteers for the Lindsay Community Theater, the Lindsay-Ono Sister City Committee, and serves on the board of the Sequoia Center for Holistic Studies. Her favorite job is helping with the annual Orange Blossom Festival Art Show, where she enters gourd art. She is author of Illness as Initiation: An Unlikely Heroine’s Journey, a memoir of her recovery from lymphoma at the time of her husband’s cerebral hemorrhage.
Judyth Dreiger, Vice President Lindsay Art Association and Lindsay Mural Society
A Lindsay native who resided for many years in the Bay Area, Judyth is a retired Art, Graphics, and Digital Art instructor. To support several community groups Judyth utilizes her expertise and talents to create promotional items like event flyers, banners, tickets, brochures, DVD labels, business cards, etc. for the Lindsay Cultural Arts Council, Lindsay Art Association, and Lindsay Mural Society. She also oversees the garden in front of the Museum and Gallery as well as corner garden at the Lindsay Golf course. I am vice president of the Lindsay Art Association and the Lindsay Mural Society.
Jayne Denni, Member at Large
Jayne is a third generation Lindsay resident and long time citrus grower. She has been a member of the Lindsay Orange Blossom Festival Foundation as the Queen Chaperone for the past 21 years, and is currently serving as President of the Lindsay District Hospital Guild. Through the years, Jayne has dedicated her time and talents to preserving Lindsay’s rich history and long standing traditions. She is most proud to have been part of the organization that opened the doors to the Museum and Gallery. She says, “It has been an honor to see our art collection on display again and see Lindsay’s history displayed for visitors and residents to enjoy.”
